Shipping policy

Returns & Exchanges for Damaged Products 

Please allow between 1-2 weeks for order processing. Shipping time and processing time are not the same. Processing is the time from which you place the order, to when it gets packaged and sent out. 

After your item is shipping you will receive an email with tracking information. If you signed up for text message updates at checkout, you will receive a text as well. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment time. We make Post Office drop offs Mondays and Thursdays. Once it reaches the Post Office, it now becomes their responsibility. Coast to Coast Crystals is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. There is no refund for a delayed, lost, misplaced, or stolen shipment. All packages are shipped through USPS. All packages are sent from Racine, Wisconsin. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you fail to provide a correct and complete address and fail to notify until it is shipped, there will be no refund nor replacement of product(s). If the package is shipped and then returned to me, Coast to Coast Crystals will cancel immediately and the products will go back on the shelf. Once the package is returned and you want to reship it, you will have to pay for shipping again. 

All items purchased from Coast to Coast Crystals are carefully packaged with care and love. However, from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via our email coasttocoastcrystals@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Coast to Coast Crystals.
